Hi! I’m Jacob. I’m working at a bike shop while taking an (indefinite) break from being a doctoral student in the Department of Philosophy at Georgetown University.
I was born in Chicago but grew up in Highland Park, Illinois with the coolest family. Now I live in Washington, D.C., while my parents live in North Carolina; my brother is a nomad of sorts; and my sisters live in Rapid City, South Dakota (Arielle), and Minneapolis, Minnesota (Sabrina).
Some of my interests include: architecture, armaments, ballet, basketball, birds, ceramics, conflict, crosswords, cycling, design, diaspora, prairies, and value theory.
