Hi! I’m Jacob, a graduate student at the University of St Andrews. I’m studying for an MLitt in Moral, Political, and Legal Philosophy.
I was born in Chicago but grew up in Highland Park, Illinois with the coolest family. Now I live in Scotland while my parents live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; my brother is a nomad of sorts; and my sisters live in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Waterloo, Iowa.
Some of my interests include: value theory, architecture, armaments, birds, basketball, ballet, ceramics, conflict, cycling, design, diaspora, and prairies.
